We are the #1 winter youth NFL Flag Football League for Northwest Indiana!
We offer youth NFL Flag Football Leagues from November through March. This is split into 2 sessions: November – December and January – February. Each session is 7 playing weeks long (we take breaks for holidays). Practice is held before the game so that you only need to come once per week. There are 4 age groups: 4-6 year olds, 7-9 year olds, 10-11 year olds and 12-14 year olds.
- Session II will begin January 17, 2026
- Rosters and Schedule will be out the week prior to the start date.
- 7 Week Program – 7 Practices – 7 Games
- Practice will be held 15 minutes before each game.
- Ages 4-6 play Sunday mornings and ages 7-14 games start late Saturday afternoon

NFL FLAG WINTER SESSION II (JAN 2026 – FEB 2026)
AGES 4-6
- Age Cutoff: Age of your child on the first day of the game
- Team will have 10 players max, with 6 players on the field during each drive
- No Score Keeping, No Penalties, and Medals to all Participants
- Games for ages 4-6 are Sunday mornings
AGES 7-9, 10-11, 12-14
- Age Cutoff: Age of your child on the first day of the game
- Teams will have 10 players max, with 6 players on the field during each drive
- Score will be kept (Top 4 teams at the end of the session will participate in playoffs) 1st and 2nd place get a trophy
- Games for ages 7-14 are Saturday afternoons
Each Coach will be able to request ONE player to be on their team for the session. This includes their child or any participating family members.
Also, email dre@spartadome.com if you are interested in coaching – Head coaches* will get a Free Family Membership this year. There are no discounts on the registration fee for coaches this year.
