MULTI-SPORT FACILITY RENTALS

The Sparta Dome is a Multi-Sport Facility which can accommodate 2 baseball/softball fields and full size fields for soccer, lacrosse, football, field hockey, and more. We also rent batting cages (2) and have space for community/parent/coaches meetings.

Rental turf is broken down into 4 fields that can be partitioned in multiple ways.  We supply 12 foot nets that can divide available turf into quarters, halves or combinations of both.

• Single Field (70 x 35 yard turf)
• Double fields ( 70 x 75 yard turf or 1 full baseball/softball field)
• Four Fields ( full turf facility 140 x 75 yards of turf)

For the contract season of November 1st, 2023 through April 30th, 2024, we will offer our units as follows:

1. Starting with 16 – week unit rentals, the renters who would like the most consistent time on a weekly basis per unit will be guaranteed those prime hours. 

For example, starting on Monday, November 1st, to rent 5-8 p.m. on quarter turf, for 16 weeks in a row (with the exception of holidays or a specific need), you will be guaranteed those same units every week for 16 weeks.

*Please note that if two different renters want the same units for 16 weeks, we will offer it to this past year’s renter first. 

2. Once the 16 – week unit rentals are picked, we will go to 12 – week unit rentals using the same format. Then we will offer 8 – week unit rentals and then 4 – week unit rentals.
3. The cost per unit (one hour quarter turf) is $225 per hour. Batting cages are $30 per hour. Outfield fences are $60 each per day, subject to availability. [Fence goes up 15 minutes at the start of your rental and comes down the last 15 minutes of your rental.]
4. Discounts are applied to units between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at $165 per hour, excluding holidays.
5. We are starting today, June 6th, 2023 with 16 – week contracts. If you would like to reserve time for 16 weeks or more, for at least one unit at the same time every week, now is the time to claim it. Please email Cathy at cathy@spartadome.com with your requested 16 (or more) – week units. You have until Sunday, June 11th to lock those units. No units are guaranteed until we receive a 20% deposit and a signed contract.
