Annual Fall Arts & Crafts Fair

  • THE VENDOR WILL CONFINE ALL SALES ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THEIR DESIGNATED BOOTH SPACE.
  • THE SALES OF ANY FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTS MUST BE CONDUCTED IN FULL COMPLIANCE OF THE LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS.  ANY LICENSES, PERMITS, FEES, ETC., NECESSARY FOR THE SALE OF FOOD OR BEVERAGE PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED BY THE VENDOR.
  • EXHIBITORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP THEIR OWN SPACE AT THE END OF THE DAY.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED.
  • EACH EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS AND ATTENDS AT THEIR OWN RISK.
  • EXHIBITORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING THEIR OWN MONEY AND SECURING THEIR OWN MERCHANDISE AT THEIR EXHIBIT.
  • EXHIBITORS SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING, REPORTING AND PAYING ALL TAX LIABILITIES RESULTINGFROM EXHIBITORS’ PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW, INCLUDING ANY INDIANA STATE SALES TAX,PAYROLL TAXES AND OTHER TAXES.
  • ANYONE SELLING INAPPROPRIATE ITEMS OR ITEMS IN BAD TASTE WILL BE ASKED TO PULL THAT PRODUCT AND/OR LEAVE THE SHOW IMMEDIATELY.

ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR VENDOR DETAILS

  • NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED ON THE TURF.  ONLY WATER IS ALLOWED.  ALL FOOD  MUST BE EATEN IN THE  CONCESSION AREA.
  • BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.  IF PAYMENT IS RETURNED NSF, THERE WIL BE A $50 FEE.
  • SET UP TIMES: 6PM-10PM FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27TH AND 7AM-10 AM SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28TH.
  • ALL BOOTHS MUST BE OPEN BY 10:00AM.  ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL 4:00 PM.
  • NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR FACILITY.
