What is Lil Sluggers?

Lil Sluggers classes develop important baseball skills such as throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running as well as game situations and small sided games. 

Age appropriate equipment and games are used to teach the game of baseball in a fun, exciting, and positive environment.

• All classes are coed and held indoors.
• Each Lil Slugger class lasts 45 minutes.
• No equipment is necessary for 2 and 3 year old’s.
• At ages 4-7 years old mitts are optional.
• All other equipment is provided.
• Each participant should wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing, & bring a plain water bottle. 
• Each participant will receive a team shirt!

• Classes are 45 minutes long, at the same time each week. One class per week for 6 weeks.
• *Annual registration/membership fee $20 Individual/$40 Family required. Your registration/membership is good for a full year and includes free entrance to preschool playtime while enrolled in LPG, and discounted entrance fee thereafter.

• Have prior baseball experience and looking for something more advanced? Try out our Lil Sluggers Scrimmage Class!
• Lil Sluggers Scrimmage Class will include 25, minutes of practice & 25 minutes of game play during each class. Ages 4-7, targeted towards those who will be starting a League soon or already have and want more practice/instruction! This class is also open to first time players! (First week may be strictly instructional to prepare kids for scrimmages).
