Our Co-Ed Volleyball League offers a fun, competitive environment for players of all skill levels while maintaining a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, organization, and fair play.

League Dates & Registration Deadlines

All teams are expected to have payments and rosters completed by the 2nd week of the season.

League Nights: Thursday evenings

Regular Season: April 2nd – May 21st

Playoffs: May 28th

Registration Deadline:March 19th

Teams must be registered by this date to secure a spot in the league.

League Details

  • League Type: Co-Ed Volleyball
  • Team Fee: $400 per team ($150 deposit fee)
  • Team Size:
    • Maximum of 6 players on the court
    • Minimum of 5 players on the court
    • Minimum 2 girls on each team

Match Format & Scoring

  • Teams are expected to start and end matches on time.
  • Each team will have an allotted time slot to complete one match (Best 3 of 5)
  • All games use rally scoring.

Set Structure:

  • Games 1–5:
    • Played to 21 points, win by 2

Waivers & Payments

  • All participants must sign the waiver/roster for each session by the 2nd week of the league.
  • Payments must be made in full by the team captain.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Cash
    • Card Payments

⚠️ PAYMENTS AND ROSTERS MUST BE COMPLETE BY THE 2ND WEEK OF THE SEASON.

Rules

  • USA Volleyball rules apply, unless otherwise stated by league management.

Referees & Standings

  • All matches are self-refereed by team captains.
  • Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated and may result in the forfeit of sets.
  • Captains are responsible for recording scores for each set.
  • Updated standings and league announcements will be posted weekly online.

Forfeits & Player Requirements

  • Shorthanded teams may play a legal match as long as two female players are present.
  • Exception:
    • Teams with 4 players may still play sets if both captains agree.
  • Teams may add players during the regular season to field a full roster, but all added players must sign a waiver.
  • No substitutes are allowed during tournaments.

Tournaments & Playoffs

  • Single-elimination playoffs begin immediately following the regular season.
  • Teams will be seeded based on regular-season standings.
  • Captains will receive the playoff schedule via email, and it will also be posted online.

Substitute Policy (Playoffs Only):

  • No substitutes are allowed unless:
    • There is an emergency
    • The substitute is approved by volleyball management.
    • The substitute is listed on the roster as a designated sub
  • All players must have signed the roster and waiver.
  • Players competing in the tournament must have played the majority of the regular season—no surprise players.
